the client
Renewal Funds is a mission venture capital fund investing in early growth stage companies to accelerate the transition to a sustainable economy. Renewal Funds invests in innovation that will advance the sustainability of food, water, and climate — contributing to a safer and cleaner planet for future generations.
the brief
As Renewal Funds was heading into a fundraising round, it was important that the Impact Report was directed to potential investors. The report needed to clearly communicate Renewal Funds’ impact strategy, fund-wide impact, and impact of each of their current portfolio companies, showing their progress on their environmental and social impact goals.
the approach
We created several key infographics to represent the fund-wide impact, both by their measurable outcomes and their impact over three years.
For the company portfolio pages, I worked to carefully construct each page so that it could accommodate the various pieces of information (as each company contributes to different impact indicators and SDG goals), while having a clear and consistent layout.
